A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for any personal styling consultations. Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If full payment is not made prior to the consultation, that may result in losing your schedule consultation. Payments can only be made by our client portal using Visa or Mastercard.

By using our styling services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All styling services will be provided based on the information and preferences provided by the client.

2. Payment for styling services is due prior to the commencement of services.

3. All styling fees are non-refundable.

4. Styling recommendations provided are solely for guidance purposes and the final decision for fashion choices remains with the client.

5. The client agrees to provide accurate measurements and information for styling purposes.

6. The client will be responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with requested styling items or services.

The styling fee includes a consultation, wardrobe review, and personal shopping if needed. Payment is due in full before any styling services are rendered. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee. Locarno Styling is not responsible for any damage to clothing or accessories during the styling process. By booking a styling service with Locarno Styling you agree to our terms and conditions. Locarno Styling will work with you to create a look that fits your style and preferences, but cannot guarantee specific results. All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Payment for service is due at the time of appointment.

The client agrees not to make a negative or disapproving media release including but not limited to announcements, blog posts, public statements or articles for publication (including negative social media publications) in relation to the services, events and/or products provided by Locarno Styling whether in electronic form or otherwise, except in the circumstances where the client has first referred the matter to Locarno Styling and having provided Locarno Styling with a reasonable opportunity to address or rectify the matter of concern to the client.

In the event that the client publishes a negative social media publication about the services, events and/or products provided by Locarno Styling, the client shall be liable to and shall wholly indemnify Locarno Styling against any and all loss or damage arising from such negative social media publication where the matter giving rise to the negative social media publication was not first referred to Locarno Styling and Locarno Styling was not given a reasonable opportunity to address or rectify the concern, or, the negative social media publication does not constitute genuine feedback or information concerning the services, events and/or products provided by Locarno Styling in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Styling services provided by Locarno Styling are based on the client’s preference and requirements. Locarno Styling will provide recommendations based on their expertise, however, the client has the final say in choosing their look and style. Locarno Styling will do their best to provide accurate recommendations based on the information provided but cannot guarantee the success of any suggested styling choices.

Our services are for personal use only, and commercial use without out written consent is strictly prohibited.
