  • Bookings must be made online via the website. Please complete the contact form and we’ll be in touch.

  • Advice and recommendations provided by Locarno Styling are suggestions only and any purchasing and styling decisions will remain up to you. If you have any concerns about the suggestions offered by your stylist, please advise immediately so that I can make adjustments tailored to your requirements. Locarno Styling is not liable for your purchasing decisions should you change your mind about purchases made during your session. Any store returns or refund requests for items purchased during your stylist session must be sought directly from the retail store at which you made your purchase. No refund of the service fees will be provided for changes of mind over purchasing decisions as the decision is yours.

  • Locarno Styling will not be responsible to handle or store money or credit cards.

  • Locarno Styling will not handle or store your identification documents (including, but not limited to, passports or driver licences). Locarno Styling will not provide any assistance that would breach any laws or put the stylist at risk of injury.

  • Travel fees may be applied If travel exceeds more than 30kms one-way, additional charges apply. Please contact Locarno Styling for a quote.

  • The Style Consultation is designed to understand your individual needs – it’s an opportunity for Bec to understand your personality, current style and challenges. All Style Consultations will be 30 minutes online, in person can be arranged upon request.

    The Style Consultation is an intimate a sit-down chat during which we take lots of note and provide them to you in our personal Style Plan, which is emailed to you following the appointment.

  • The packaged sessions are fixed blocks of time that must be used in a single session. (i.e. a 3-hour session cannot be spilt over two sessions). In the instance you decide to leave earlier in the session you will not be entitled to any refund or redeem any outstanding amount at a later date

  • No, there will be no guarantee that there will be discounts as a part of this service.
